Refund policy

Rinoyr Apparels strives to provide the best products to elevate your style. Our products go through quality check at each level so that you can create your own authentic self. 

We don't offer returns or refund for purchased products as accounts are done and charges are paid to different vendors. However, replacements are provided in case customers receives any damaged products. If the product is damaged, replacements will be delivered in 7-10 working days. To request a replacement on damaged products kindly contacy us within 24-48 hours after receiving package.

Return time frame is maximum 2 weeks and we should be receiving products within that or else complaint will be closed.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. Inorder to process replacements, customers are requested to record an unboxing video of the product. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, you'r product will be automatically replaced to the original address provided.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Can I cancel the purchase once payment is done?
Unfortunately NO. We will be starting the delivery process as soon as order is made. So we recommend to go through all details before confirming the order so that it goes hassle free.
